The hotel staff provided excellent service and were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with key attractions easily accessible. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from.
The shower experience was not enjoyable, with inconsistent temperature control. It seemed like a typical apartment shower in Athens.

The hotel is perfectly located near all the attractions in the Plaka area and Union Square, making it an ideal base for exploring Athens. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious Greek and Cretan delicacies.
The hotel's lobby decoration could use some improvement, as there are a few mismatched items that make it feel a bit off.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city, as it was very close to the subway station and right in the center of the touristy area. it was situated in a park across the street, providing a lovely atmosphere. Despite the not so very clean neighborhoods on the way to the city center, I felt safe and had no issues. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was also noteworthy, as everything was well-maintained and tidy.
All was good.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, there were a couple of things that I really liked. the breakfast was amazing! There was a wide variety of delicious food options to choose from, both hot and cold. the staff were polite and helpful, making my stay more fun. Lastly, the hotel's location was perfect. It was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy for me to explore the city and visit popular attractions.
One thing that I didn't like was that the beds in my room were two single beds placed together instead of one big double bed. I could feel the separation in between, a bit uncomfortable.

The front desk at Grecotel were really good too make our anniversary special. They arranged a private tour of the acropolis at the last minute and even surprised us with a bottle of wine. The hotel had a cool vibe and the breakfast spread was amazing. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good , Luxurious with Excellent Service As soon as I arrived at this hotel, I was impressed by the luxurious decor and exclusive amenities. the room was spacious, with a fully equipped bathroom and beautiful furnishings. the service was outstanding, with polite staff, attentive to every need. I was delighted to try the fantastic restaurant, which offered a varied menu and custom breakfast options. the in, room breakfast was a lovely pampering, with high, quality products and speedy service.
Bad , Minor Issue the only negative aspect was a slight noise issue, but this was minor and did not impact my overall experience. Despite this, the room had exclusive advantages, including a private terrace and comfortable bed, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

Our recent stay at this hotel was exceptional. the huge room was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities such as shoe polish service and toiletries. the polite and helpful personnel added to the lovely pampering experience. the breakfast was fantastic, and the chef patissier certainly impressed us. the private parking across the road was really convenient, and the hotel provided us with unforgettable luxurious features.
Although we found the hotel to be amazing, we did have a minor issue with the soundproofing between the suites. Nevertheless, this did not impact our experience in any significant way.
